Our company does not accept product returns for any reason, unless you have received a defective product or a wrong design has been placed by us.

It is necessary to contact us as soon as possible, before making any other move, so that you can inform us about it.

Returns process

Once you have contacted our customer service department to report your change, you can proceed with the return process.

Follow these steps to return your order:

a) Place the Purchase Receipt in the package.

b) Packaging: Pack carefully, as it was when you received them. Place the returned products in the package in which they were sent, and then in the box. Do not remove the inner papers, labels, etc. Everything should be in their original condition.

c) Shipping: Returns are made ONLY by ELTA courier for Greece and DHL for the rest of the world. You can deliver the parcel to their nearest store, or arrange collection from your place, by calling the respective courier company.

The shipment is made with our charge (recipient's charge) to the address: 32 Mesolongiou, Glyka Nera, Greece 153 54

In case of return with any other courier company, the costs are borne exclusively by the customer.


All our products are designed and printed to order.

Therefore, order cancellations are only accepted before your order can be processed.

If you have registered your order and you want to cancel it for any reason you can contact us with a written request at [email protected] or by phone at 0030 - 2106654306.

After contacting the customer service department and if and when the cancellation of the order has been agreed and in case you have already made your payment, the refund is made in the same way as you paid your original order. If it was by deposit, then the refund is made by bank transfer. In this case, if transfer costs arise, you will be charged.
